Before you begin
You need a site and line selected in the Dashboard scope menu. Customize your preferences to set a default site and line so this view opens to the right place every time.
Read the line OEE summary
The top of the page shows Line OEE for the current shift against its target, plus an OEE Trend chart for that shift. See understand OEE, availability, and performance for what this percentage means and how it's calculated.
Follow the production flow
The Production Flow diagram shows each machine on the line in sequence. Active machines and active paths between them are highlighted, so you can see at a glance where production is running and where it has stopped.
Open a machine's detail view
Select a machine's status card to open its detail view: speed over time, down events, time analysis, and its own OEE trend. See use chart controls for how to zoom, pan, save an image, and read the downtime markers on these charts.
Turn on live metrics
Select Live Metrics to keep the page updating automatically as new data arrives. A LIVE indicator and a last-updated time appear while it's on. Turn it off when you want a still view, such as while reviewing a specific moment with your team.
