Before you begin
You need a site and line selected in the Dashboard scope menu.
Choose a time window and machines
- Open Machine Performance Analysis.
- Choose a Time Window: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, or Custom Range.
- Select one or more Machines to include.
- Choose a Primary Metric: OEE, Availability, or Speed.
Compare other lines
Use Other Lines to add lines from elsewhere in your site to the same chart, so you can compare performance across lines for the same time window and metric.
Split machines into stacked charts
Turn on Stacked Graphs to give each selected machine its own chart instead of overlaying every machine on one chart. In stacked view, use Down Event Overlays to choose which machines' downtime periods are marked on their charts.
Zooming or panning any one stacked chart moves every stacked chart to the same time range, so you can zoom into an event on one machine's chart and immediately see what every other selected machine was doing at that same moment. See use chart controls for the zoom, pan, and image-saving controls shared by every chart.
Move through time
Use Home Shift to return to the range you started with, and Left and Right to move the visible window back or forward by half its current width. Moving or zooming the window loads more data automatically as needed, down to a minimum zoom of one minute.
Interpret the chart
The chart plots your chosen metric over the selected time window, with downtime periods overlaid so you can see how a stop affected the trend. Loading a new time window or machine selection updates the chart on demand.
